We spent an incredible day at SeaWorld San Diego.
The kids have been wanting to go to one of the theme parks in the San Diego area ever since we arrived. Being that we were so close we couldn’t resist a stop at SeaWorld. The kids were excited to invite the Loefke’s to join us for the day.
We started out the day with the impressive Killer Whale show. One of the highlights was watching the new baby whale swim around with her mom.
Teyauna and Zakary were totally memorized at the Cirque de Soleil style dolphin acrobatic water stage and were excited when they later got to come up close and pet some of the dolphins in a nearby pool. Other highlights included the trained pet show and the new Manta roller coaster. At the end of the day we got thoroughly soaked at Journey to Atlantis and Shipwreck Rapids. With the end of a cool day and being a bit wet we decided to head for home around 6pm. It was a day the kids will never forget.
